Kelvin has been trained in all areas of the matting industry. He started out in the factory at Bardwell Matting (learning tasks such as: cutting, joining, gluing, packing, dispatch, site inspections and installation) then took on an active role in all areas of the business as the managing director. Some of the duties he performs include sales, customer service, estimating and general administration.
All of his training and experience in the matting industry have contributed to facilitating relationships with some of Bardwell Matting’s most important clients in Occupational Health & Safety, Hospitality, Construction, Body Corporate, Medical Fields, Education and the retail sector.
