Over the past 30 years, I have founded four ‘start-ups’, built them into successful businesses and gone on to sell them. During this course of time, I have experienced and overcome most of the common challenges faced by business owners and leaders.
This includes issues surrounding strategy, managing and optimising cash flow, time management and of course, managing diverse teams of staff.
I understand the pressure and stresses that running a business can cause and how important it is to manage this effectively. As an experienced entrepreneur, I also recognise the value and importance of getting sound advice and support when faced by these common challenges and of being prepared to openly discuss issues with a business coach or mentor.
Since building up my last business into a national company, and selling it in 2009, I have focused on coaching the leaders of small and medium-sized businesses in how to manage and overcome the many challenges that they face. I have coached and guided hundreds of owners, leaders, and teams across numerous and diverse industries.
I have a Masters of Business Coaching (MBC) degree from Wollongong University: Sydney Business School; creating a unique blend of experience, expertise and coaching best practice for my clients.
My experience in business has taught me that:
