Flowicity offers pop-up yoga classes in Perth CBD and surrounding suburbs.
Established in June 2018 by Sarah Meadwell, the name Flowicity is a combination of ‘Flow’ – the optimal state achieved when fully immersed in an activity that provides a feeling of energized focus and enjoyment, and ‘Felicity’ – meaning intense happiness or bliss.
Flowicity yoga classes assist individuals in achieving a balance between body and mind, through the practice of being present.
Class types include Vinyasa, Hatha Lunchtime Yoga & Outdoor Yoga. All classes are suitable for all levels and modifications are given.
Class Schedule:
Mondays – Vinyasa 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Tuesdays – 45min Lunchtime Yoga 12:15pm to 1:00pm
Thursdays – 45 min Lunchtime Yoga 12:15pm to 1:00pm
Saturdays – Outdoor Yoga 8:30am to 9:30am
