A swimming pool must have a compliant barrier at all times & must have a valid pool safety certificate when buying, selling or leasing a property with a swimming pool.
A pool safety inspection with Pooltech can determine whether your pool’s barrier is compliant with the latest pool safety regulations in Queensland. Once Pooltech has conducted a pool safety inspection on your pool fence and is satisfied that the barrier meets all compliance requirements, we can then issue the homeowner a pool safety certificate.
A pool compliance certificate is valid for 2 years for a non shared pool & 1 year for a shared swimming pool.
