The Zen Room is bringing the many benefits of meditation & mindfulness to those who have typically found other forms of meditation & mindfulness difficult to engage with. The meditations at The Zen Room do not involve directions for ‘stopping thinking’ or ‘banishing thoughts’, which is welcome news to most new meditators. Practising meditation and mindfulness regularly enable the cable of nerves connecting your two brain hemispheres to become deeply stimulated. Your mind will become more awakened, focused, operate, with greater clarity, and be more powerful yet peaceful. With all of this comes a greater sense of optimism while feeling more “at one” and connected with the world. All of these benefits build one on top of the other, accumulating over time.
