Terry Schefe, a registered builder Toowoomba, employs on average about 20 mainstream staff. This does not include the many sub-trades he hires that also specializes in these types of building constructions:
- Residential
- Industrial
- Commercial
Terry has been designing, building and renovating residential, industrial and commercial properties for more than 30 years.
In 2008, he purchased the Suncrest Homes Toowoomba and surrounds franchise and extended their working area to include but not limited to:
- Warwick
- Lockyer Valley
- Dalby
- Stanthorpe
Today, even though Terry still builds in these areas, he now builds under the TJS Building Group banner, after selling his Suncrest Homes Franchise at the end of 2011.
Since purchasing the intellectual property of Steelbuilt Kit Homes and Stylebuilt Transportable in 2012, TJS now services inquiries Queensland wide.
Over the last few years, Terry has supplied and constructed over ten homes in the Katherine area in the Northern Territory and is happy to service rural and remote locations throughout Australia.
TJS Building Group provides fixed-price contracts and is licensed to carry out most types of construction activity in Queensland and northern New South Wales. It is this depth and knowledge that sets us apart from other builders.
